Middletown: Where Careers Begin

2020 pandemic shifted strategy. Job losses accelerated across Ohio. Hampton identified opportunity: train displaced workers in sustainable trade.

X-Quisite Cutz School of Barbering opened 3230 Roosevelt Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044.

Mission: Transform unemployment into entrepreneurship. Equip students to work anywhere in United States.

The Program Structure

1,800 hours state-required training divided into:

• Full-time track: 11 months
• Part-time track: 14 months

Enrollment requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• State ID
• Birth certificate

Registration includes clippers, trimmers, course materials, all equipment. Students complete 600-700 services before graduation: haircuts, shaves, facials, texture work.

Student Services: Real Clients, Real Training

$20 haircuts performed by supervised students. Middletown location serves community while students gain hands-on experience.
